The low carbohydrate group regained 22 pounds of body weight, whereas the other group who included sweet in their breakfast lost additional15 pounds.

American heart Association revealed that people who included fiber in their diet have strong cardiovascular health. In this context a research was conducted by American Heart Association, in this research a group was given a strict nutrient diet with limited calories and sugar while the other group was  allowed to follow a single rule and that was to consume at least 30 grams of fiber in a day. This study was finished after 3 months and both groups lost weight and improved their cardiovascular health.
